★影片教學:

料理方法:
1.油煎:
用少許米酒或高粱酒醃泡5分鐘,將烏魚子表面擦乾, 在平底鍋倒入少許油(開小火),放入烏魚子,兩面各煎30秒即起鍋,瀝乾表面油份,放涼後再切片

2.烤箱:
用少許米酒或高粱酒醃泡3-5分鐘,再將烏魚子表面擦乾,用250度烤約3-5分鐘,至表面轉為金黃色,即可取出,放涼後再切片

※ 醃泡時間,可自行調整

※ 烏魚子為醃製半熟的海鮮食品,不宜烹飪過久

※ 可搭配大蔥、蘋果、蒜片一起食用,美味更升級
